We know SearchEngineOptimization (SEO). We need to know, Social Profile Optimization (SPO). Web 2.0 was all about enhanced accessibility, interactivity, and cool eye candy. And, the HUGE amount of user-generated content is already the topic of discussion among the boards. Despite of inventing ultra-logical search algorithms, it could be boldly stated that, No search engine is designed to search through the HUGE amount of user-generated content.
Almost everyone on web contributes something or other to his fellow netizens. But, there’s no solid way of searching and finding useful stuff from them. Here, arises the importance of Social Profile Optimization. Everyone needs to build their identity online and should optimize their profiles & identities, so that the content they provide reaches the people who are searching for it.
Finally, we could expect to see some tools that will help us dig out brilliant content for us, from the insanely-huge pile of user-generated content.
