Yes, the screenshots are old.

Chances are so low of the feature getting removed.
I’m almost certain there’ll be a Effects menu and Channel Mixer in somewhere there.

If nothing helps, try the official documentation/help. It might help.

this is a great program !! but ur screen shots are old cuz there is an update . this feature is either hard to find or gone.. i cant figure this out ??

This works by matching the frequencies with the frequencies of the vocals.
So, all sounds, that comes in the frequency of vocals will be removed.

There might also be some plugin/addon which might eliminate sounds of a particular frequency that the user can specify.
